< The Letter of Forging of Relationships>
Father (Mother)-in-grace’s Address / Name / Birth date
Son (Daughter)-in-grace’s Address / Name / Birth date

We, both sides under our agreement, sincerely vow the following according to the stipulations of families in grace of the Order.

1. The father (mother)-in-grace is obliged to guide the son (daughter)-in-grace spiritually with the gracious affection of a biological father (mother), and obliged to aid him/her physically and materially until he/she gains self-power.
2. The son (daughter)-in-grace is obedient to the guidance of the father (mother)-in-grace with the gracious affection of a biological child. The child is also obliged to follow the Way to care for the father (mother)-in-grace when they are becoming helpless, and should take responsibility for being the chief mourner and the bereaved hosts of memorial after he/she passes away.
3. We observe each and every one of the items on the stipulations of sworn families of the Order.

To observe the above items firmly, both sides, the officiator, and witnesses sign jointly two letters, which are made, exchanged, and kept eternally by both sides,
