15. Dharma Discourse at the Ceremony for Entering into Adulthood

You, , were brought up and raised in safety by the grace that Heaven and Earth, and Parents gave you, and the benefits and protection that Fellow Beings and Laws gave you for years. Today in this place we are holding an Entering into Adulthood Ceremony in celebration of this great fortune. For this reason, let me whole-heartedly congratulate you.
Looking back on your past, one young body without self-power, was born from the womb, grew and was raised and became an adult by learning the great cause of the Way of humanity. How deep the grace you have received is!
For this, you must feel gratitude, and should keep it deeply in mind. Also with the physical strength and intellectual power you have gained from those graces, you must faithfully carry out all the responsibilities and rights assigned from society. In addition to all of this, you have to realize the value of human life by putting gratitude into practice as a sacred mission for the world.
