On in the Won Era, we, your students, and , express a few mourning words before the respected spirit of our teacher.
With the ceaseless passing of time, 49 days have gone by since you passed away, and it is time for us to hold the final service in your memory. It seems again as though we have no one to turn to and we feel only the impermanence of all things when we look up in the heavens, look down on earth, or look at myriad things.
Where will we ever see manners so full of compassion and hear heart-touching instructions again?
