Section 23

“Furthermore, Subhuti, this dharma is the same as (p’yŏngdŭng 平等; Skt. sama) all others; there is nothing either superior or inferior about it. This is called ‘anuttarasamyaksaṃbodhi.’ If one cultivates all the wholesome dharmas as being free from any sense of a self, a person, a living being, or a soul, one will then attain anuttarasamyaksaṃbodhi. Subhuti, the Tathāgata has explained that these so-called ‘wholesome dharmas’ are in fact not wholesome dharmas; these are called ‘wholesome dharmas.’
